Julia stepped into yachting in 2006 and never looked back, selling her first boat before the show had even closed. In 2012 she founded Smart Yachts with Maria, growing it from a single Monaco desk into a full-service house covering sales, charter, new construction and management.
Qualified across both sales and charter, she still believes what she did on day one: the people come first, and the yacht a very close second.

Razumi
Maria founded Smart Yachts with Julia in 2012 and has stayed on the tools ever since, running new construction projects from the first drawings, brokering sales, and taking charter seasons from the first enquiry to the last handover.
She is the person an owner calls when a boat needs managing rather than selling: crew, survey, flag, insurance, refit, the unglamorous half of yachting that decides whether the glamorous half works. She takes the call in whichever language it arrives in.

Myslivets
With over a decade of experience in luxury yacht sales and charter, Anastasiya combines strong market knowledge with first-hand experience gained from working at a shipyard. Her understanding of yacht construction allows her to look beyond aesthetics and assess how a yacht is designed, built and intended to perform.
With deep knowledge of the Mediterranean fleet, she helps clients evaluate both acquisitions and new-build projects with precision, attention to detail and a long-term perspective.

Sami brings energy to match the Riviera. He works across sales and charter enquiries, spending his weeks on the docks and on board, learning every boat in the fleet inside out.
A junior broker on the rise, he is the team’s tireless legwork, always one call ahead of the client’s next question.

Rodriguez
Constanza’s connection to the sea extends far beyond the office. She crossed the Atlantic aboard a 9.5-metre yacht, an experience that called for resilience, precision and complete trust in both the vessel and the crew. A keen freediver, she brings the same calm focus and respect for the sea to every client relationship.
