Julia stepped into yachting in 2006 and never looked back, selling her first boat before the show had even closed. In 2012 she founded Smart Yachts with Maria, growing it from a single Monaco desk into a full-service house covering sales, charter, new construction and management.
Qualified across both sales and charter, she still believes what she did on day one: the people come first, and the yacht a very close second.

Razumi
Maria founded Smart Yachts with Julia in 2012 and has since become a trusted advisor in international yacht brokerage. She guides clients through acquisitions, sales, fleet transactions and new construction, managing every stage from valuation and negotiations to surveys, sea trials, flagging and final delivery. Maria also advises on operational management and charter, maintaining a select client portfolio to provide highly dedicated service.
Fluent in multiple languages, she works closely with owners, shipyards and brokers across global markets with confidence.

Myslivets
Anastasiya Myslivets is an experienced yacht broker with over 11 years in luxury yacht sales and more than 50 successful transactions.
She spent a decade at Sunreef Yachts, managing complex sales and overseeing projects from first enquiry to final delivery, while working closely with technical teams, designers and project managers. This gave her strong knowledge of custom yacht construction and client-led projects.
Anastasiya moved into brokerage in 2025 and joined Smart Yachts in Monaco in 2026, combining shipyard expertise with hands-on brokerage experience.

Sami brings energy to match the Riviera. He works across sales and charter enquiries, spending his weeks on the docks and on board, learning every boat in the fleet inside out.
A junior broker on the rise, he is the team’s tireless legwork, always one call ahead of the client’s next question.

Constanza’s connection to the sea extends far beyond the office. She crossed the Atlantic aboard a 9.5-metre yacht, an experience that called for resilience, precision and complete trust in both the vessel and the crew. A keen freediver, she brings the same calm focus and respect for the sea to every client relationship.
