Julia started her career as a receptionist at the local boat show in 2006 and worked her way up to become the sales director and eventually co-founded Smart Yachts. Despite facing rejection and dismissive attitudes, she persevered in her aspirations to become a salesperson, refusing to accept no for an answer. She fought her way into a role and went the extra mile to learn her craft and establish her credibility. Today, after 17 years of hard work, she is a co-founder of an international brokerage firm and a respected name in the superyacht industry. Her success is a testament to her determination and hard work.
