Monaco is the most concentrated square mile in yachting. Owners, captains, managers, surveyors, flag registries, insurers and yard representatives all keep a presence inside the same few streets, and in a country this size a meeting is a walk rather than a flight.
We opened here in 2012 and never found a reason to be anywhere else. Living on this coast, rather than visiting it twice a year, changes the tempo of the work: you hear about a yacht before she is listed, and you see her before she is photographed.
The good boats are still sold quietly, between people who already know each other. This is exactly what Monaco brokerage gets you.

Nice is the airport for Monaco, a short transfer along the coast by car or by helicopter.
