REQUIREMENTS:
- speak ‘yachty’ & passionate about yachts;
- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the yachting industry, including sales, brokerage, or new-builds, project management. We will also consider your CV if you had a onboard, shipyard or maritime experience;
- a solid knowledge of the yacht fleet and yachting industry, including its rules, regulations, and ethical standards;
- the industry databases and a professional social media presence will be a plus;
- English - high level, fluent speaking and writing;
- French or Italian - as a plus;
DUTIES:
- represent Smart Yachts in selling NEW and BROKERAGE vessels;
- expand the database of the clients;
- bring the new boats for the CA;
- maintain relationships with new and existing customers;
- making visits of the boats;
- responding to the client’s inquiries and requests, always delivering a level of service worthy of a high-end brokerage house;
- track sales activity;
- achieve or exceed monthly targets;
- expanding your clientele and increasing your conversion rate among the leads given;
- attend trade events, familiarize yacht trips, or meet clients face to face when needed;
- ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documents;
- communicate with internal departments for support (Marketing, Accounting).
