ALANDI is a 2022 Sunreef 60 sailing catamaran of 19.22 metres, built in composite and lying in Trieste, Italy. She has belonged to one owner since delivery, has been kept for private use and never chartered, and is run by a professional crew of two. She is an Atlantic veteran of the ARC 2023, and she has been serviced and upgraded every winter, which is why she is presented today in better than new condition.
Her rig is the extended sailing kit, a high performance setup in carbon and Kevlar. The mast and boom are full carbon, painted black, the shrouds and backstays are Kevlar, and the sail wardrobe is oversized North Sails 3Di throughout: mainsail, jib, genoa, Code 0 and gennaker. All the running rigging is led through heavy duty blocks to five electric winches on the flybridge, with electric furlers, a hydraulic furler with a hook system and a one metre carbon Y-spoke wheel on hydraulic steering. Under sail she cruises at 6 to 12 knots.
Under power she runs on two Volvo D3 engines of 150 hp each, fitted as an upgrade, turning folding propellers on stainless steel shaft lines with rope cutters on both, for a cruise of 7 to 9 knots under motor. Fuel capacity was enlarged to two tanks of 875 litres, served by transfer pumps and a fuel consumption estimation system, and extra engine instruments with speed control are fitted at the exterior station.
The electrical system was upgraded for silent nights. Her Night Mode lithium bank on the 25.6 volt circuit was taken from 11.2 to 56 kWh, with an upgraded charger and 230 volt inverter, so the air conditioning, rated at 70,000 BTU an hour with a separate unit for the forepeak, can run through the night without a generator. Two generators of 22.5 and 6.5 kVA, twin 63 amp shore power inlets and a 280 litre an hour watermaker complete the installation, and lighting, controls and the DC system are managed through a domotic system with dimmable ceiling lights.
Inside, she follows a custom galley up layout, with the galley on the main deck beside the salon and the accommodation in the hulls: two master cabins with lower 1.80 metre beds, one guest cabin and a crew cabin, plus a fitted forepeak with its own bed, bathroom and air conditioning. She was ordered with every factory option available and additional upgrades, then developed further with an independent designer, and it shows in the materials. Thick teak boards run through the salon and cabins where the standard model has vinyl, milled timber panelling lines the walls, the cabins carry mirror walls and electric roman blinds, and the salon is furnished with La Palma chairs and Muffins Wood lamps, with a 55 inch Sony television, a Sonos system across four areas and a wine cooler.
Outside, every deck is laid in teak and the hull, deck and superstructure are finished in lacquer under a ceramic coating, with solid black stainless steel railings. The flybridge sits under a composite bimini with windows and transparent screens, and has an electric table that rises and lowers and a Flammkraft gas grill. The cockpit has a bar module with an ice maker and fridge, the exterior furniture is eight Dedon chairs and a Kettal Boma sofa in Kettal fabrics, and a Besenzoni hydraulic gangway and a hydraulic platform uprated to 700 kg serve the stern. Her inventory lists a Williams 460 Sportjet tender, two Seabob FS6 with racks and charging, a Fliteboard Carbon Classic, a Rävik 3 jetboard, a Tiwal 3 sailing boat, wakesurf and wakeboard gear and equipment for diving, snorkelling and fishing, along with a Peloton bike and a Technogym bench.
Her upkeep follows the seasons. Work is carried out during every winter break, components are serviced, replaced or upgraded every six to twelve months, and a shipyard period completed in October covered antifouling, paintwork, a ceramic coated polish, the salon woodwork, full machinery services and €15,000 of proactive engine parts. New upholstery inside and out and a rework of the interior teak came in 2025, then a new anchor chain and a rework of all sails and rigging in 2026.
