Tasos Papanastasiou, a self-made Cypriot and the founder of XM, one of the world's largest financial forex platforms, is the proud owner of "This Is It".
"This Is It"'s external design boasts sculptural forms, inspired by the breathtaking sea creatures, and an engineered hull for improved hydrodynamic efficiency, reducing fuel usage. Compliant with IMO Tier III norms, she is equipped with the latest exhaust gas treatment technology, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), to minimize nitrogen oxide emissions.
Among the most amazing features of "This Is It" are her enormous glass windows, totaling over 600 square meters.
Internally, "This Is It" accommodates 12 guests in 6 ensuite cabins, while the owner's area features a spacious layout that recalls a beachfront villa, complete with a two-deck panoramic terrace and vertical garden. Up to 12 crew can also be accommodated onboard.
Interior design visionaries Mattia Piro and Gian Marco Campanino of The Italian Sea Group have brought a striking, futuristic elegance to the yacht’s interiors. Their palette of soft champagne and platinum-grey sets a refined tone, while rich textures—like smooth Alcantara suede, buttery leather, and shimmering bronze, platinum, and gold accents—wrap every corner in a sense of modern luxury. As Campanino puts it, every detail was chosen to evoke comfort and sophistication.
The main lounge flows naturally into the exterior lounge, creating one expansive, welcoming space. It’s a place made for gathering, with a sleek bar, a game zone, a sparkling swimming pool, and a formal dining area—all seamlessly integrated. Just steps away, the galley becomes more than a kitchen: with polarized glass and event-ready show cooking features, it’s a stage for culinary artistry.
Upstairs, the upper deck is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. There’s a serene spa complete with a private treatment area, a sauna, and a sensorial shower designed to rejuvenate body and mind. Nearby, the yacht’s “playroom” offers a clever, flexible space. Whether it’s entertaining children during long passages or accommodating extra guests, this convertible cabin reflects the thoughtful, family-friendly and very convenient approach embedded in the shipyard’s design philosophy.
"This Is It" boasts a top speed of 19 knots and an impressive range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
