Smart Yachts appointed official representative of The Italian Sea Group
The Italian Sea Group, a publicly listed company, includes four shipyards–Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi and Picchiotti

We are proud to share the latest news – Smart Yachts has been appointed the official representative of The Italian Sea Group (TISG) for the CIS area. Based on our long-term partnership with The Italian Sea Group on yacht construction, we are pleased to provide proven experience and clear guidance at every stage.
Our role is to guide clients step by step: from the first design brief and technical specification prepared with leading surveyors, through contract negotiations, supervision of the build, management of change orders, and continuous monitoring of construction, all the way to final delivery.
The Italian Sea Group, a publicly listed company, includes four shipyards–Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi and Picchiotti–under one group, with heritage dating back to 1575 and 1,291 yachts launched.

The yards – in simple terms
Admiral – Full-custom and semi-custom motor yachts, built in steel and aluminium, from 42 to 90 meters.

Tecnomar – Sport line of aluminium yachts, including an innovative catamaran line. The legendary Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, created in partnership with Automobili Lamborghini, complements this range.

Perini Navi – The most renowned sailing yacht brand.

Picchiotti – A historic name now focused on explorer yachts: range, strength and real autonomy for long trips.

In build with Admiral: the 50m Panorama
Smart Yachts represented the buyer of the first hull and is following the project closely. Panorama is a first-time collaboration between Admiral and Treviso-based Piredda & Partners (exterior and interior). She combines a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure and carries 499 GT over four decks. She is designed for extended passages, offering up to 4,500 nm at economical speed.
Panorama is a semi-custom superyacht series, offering a flexible layout and vast possibilities to customize space. For this first hull, a new arrangement was developed, featuring a glass corridor running through the engine room.
