Every September, the Vieux Port and Port Canto turn into the world's most concentrated stretch of yachting talent, and this year Smart Yachts arrives with two vessels worth crossing the quay for:
MAI DIRE MAI, a rare six-cabin Filippetti F100, and
KANDO 85, the explorer yacht redefining what long-range cruising can look like. Alongside them, our sales fleet is available for viewings nearby and at anchor throughout the show.
MAI DIRE MAI
A rare 30-metre, 2024-built Filippetti with six cabins
Launched in 2024 by the Italian shipyard Filippetti and shaped by designer Fulvio De Simoni, this F100
MAI DIRE MAI fits six cabins into her size, a configuration that trades a touch of open volume for something owners with larger families or frequent guests tend to value far more: flexibility.
That sense of generosity carries through to her outdoor spaces. Aft, a full beach club opens onto fold-out platforms and a wide sunbathing area — the kind of waterside zone that turns a swim stop into an afternoon. A 4.20-metre tender garage is built directly into this space, keeping the deck uncluttered when it's time to explore. Forward, a private lounge on the bow offers a quieter counterpoint, while up on the flybridge, sunbathing, dining, a bar, and lounge seating share the space with direct access down to the bow — a small design choice that makes a real difference to how the boat actually flows.
Below, the main deck opens into a bright, expansive living area, with windows run long along the hull so the sea is never far from view. MAI DIRE MAI sleeps 12 guests across six cabins: a main deck master suite, a VIP cabin, two twins and two doubles — with the lower deck offering the option to configure an additional master cabin for owners who want it.
KANDO 85
Hull #1 at Cannes — Hull #2 now available, delivery 2027
There's a particular kind of yacht built not for a weekend on the water, but for the horizon itself.
KANDO 85 is one of them. Built by AvA Yachts as a full-displacement explorer, she's designed around endurance — long passages, extended time at sea, and the kind of steel-hulled resilience that lets an owner go further without a second thought.
Hull #1 will be on display at Cannes, giving visitors a first-hand look at what makes this 25.9-metre explorer distinctive. Hull #2, meanwhile, is now available for sale with delivery scheduled for 2027, and arrives with a set of upgrades that sharpen her already striking profile: the jacuzzi has moved aft, a hard top has been added, and the flybridge extends further forward — changes that give the yacht a more elegant, dynamic silhouette without compromising her explorer credentials.
Built in Turkey with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, KANDO 85 carries her 200 GT with a four-stateroom layout anchored by a forward master suite on the main deck — full beam, panoramic windows, its own desk and bathroom. The aft deck centres on a wide swimming platform and built-in dining seating, while the salon combines a lounge and dining area under one roof. A day head sits to starboard near the master suite, and an enclosed galley opens off the port side.
Below, a staircase from the main lobby leads down to crew quarters — two cabins, a head, and a crew mess/galley — while the guest accommodation includes a full-beam VIP cabin, a starboard double, and a port twin that converts to a double. Up top, the wheelhouse holds a centreline helm with built-in seating either side and an aft day head, while outside, a bar with three stools, a jacuzzi and a broad sunbathing area take over the upper deck. The foredeck has room for a tender, and the extended flybridge rounds things out with its own sunbathing area, grill, bar and generous seating.
Power comes from twin Volvo Penta engines, giving KANDO 85 a 9-knot cruising speed, a 12-knot top speed, and a range of 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed — the kind of numbers that matter when the destination is genuinely far away. Underwater steel plating 8–10mm thick and multiple watertight bulkheads complete the picture: a yacht engineered, quite literally, for peace of mind.

A 4.20-metre tender garage is built directly into this space, keeping the deck uncluttered when it's time to explore. Forward, a private lounge on the bow offers a quieter counterpoint, while up on the flybridge, sunbathing, dining, a bar, and lounge seating share the space with direct access down to the bow — a small design choice that makes a real difference to how the boat actually flows.
Below, the main deck opens into a bright, expansive living area, with windows run long along the hull so the sea is never far from view. MAI DIRE MAI sleeps 12 guests across six cabins: a main deck master suite, a VIP cabin, two twins and two doubles — with the lower deck offering the option to configure an additional master cabin for owners who want it.
KANDO 85
Hull #1 at Cannes — Hull #2 now available, delivery 2027
There's a particular kind of yacht built not for a weekend on the water, but for the horizon itself. KANDO 85 is one of them. Built by AvA Yachts as a full-displacement explorer, she's designed around endurance — long passages, extended time at sea, and the kind of steel-hulled resilience that lets an owner go further without a second thought.
Hull #1 will be on display at Cannes, giving visitors a first-hand look at what makes this 25.9-metre explorer distinctive. Hull #2, meanwhile, is now available for sale with delivery scheduled for 2027, and arrives with a set of upgrades that sharpen her already striking profile: the jacuzzi has moved aft, a hard top has been added, and the flybridge extends further forward — changes that give the yacht a more elegant, dynamic silhouette without compromising her explorer credentials.
Built in Turkey with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, KANDO 85 carries her 200 GT with a four-stateroom layout anchored by a forward master suite on the main deck — full beam, panoramic windows, its own desk and bathroom. The aft deck centres on a wide swimming platform and built-in dining seating, while the salon combines a lounge and dining area under one roof. A day head sits to starboard near the master suite, and an enclosed galley opens off the port side.
Below, a staircase from the main lobby leads down to crew quarters — two cabins, a head, and a crew mess/galley — while the guest accommodation includes a full-beam VIP cabin, a starboard double, and a port twin that converts to a double. Up top, the wheelhouse holds a centreline helm with built-in seating either side and an aft day head, while outside, a bar with three stools, a jacuzzi and a broad sunbathing area take over the upper deck. The foredeck has room for a tender, and the extended flybridge rounds things out with its own sunbathing area, grill, bar and generous seating.
Power comes from twin Volvo Penta engines, giving KANDO 85 a 9-knot cruising speed, a 12-knot top speed, and a range of 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed — the kind of numbers that matter when the destination is genuinely far away. Underwater steel plating 8–10mm thick and multiple watertight bulkheads complete the picture: a yacht engineered, quite literally, for peace of mind.
