Smart Yachts has three Galeon flybridge models on the market right now — the 680 Fly, the 640 Fly and the 550 Fly. Between them they span 17.7 to 22.2 metres, and each brings something different to the table: more cabins, more deck space, or simply more gear on board.
22.2m Galeon 680 Fly
This is the biggest of the three. Delivered in 2020 to a single owner,
Galeon 680 Fly has barely been used — just 110 hours on her twin Volvo Penta D13 1000s — and she's sitting in Istanbul now, ready to be viewed.
At 22.2 metres she sleeps eight across four cabins, plus a separate two-berth crew cabin. The full-beam master has its own access and en suite; forward of that sits a VIP cabin and two twins. Four electric panoramic windows, a wide cockpit door and a sunroof mean the saloon opens right up to the outside, and the flybridge adds a second big lounging area on top of teak decks fore and aft.
Asking price has come down from €2,100,000 to €1,890,000.
20.8m Galeon 640 Fly
Two years older than the 680, this 20.8-metre
Galeon 640 Fly yacht is currently in Montenegro with 1,161 hours on her twin Volvo Penta D13 1000 engines.
What sets her apart is Galeon's Beach Mode — the side balconies fold down and widen the beam to six metres, opening up the whole cockpit area. Eight can dine aft under an electric sunshade, with a TV that hides away in the galley countertop when it's not in use. Forward, an electric window lets you walk straight from the saloon onto the bow, wh ere two sofas fold flat into sunpads. There's also a side passage off the helm, which makes handling lines at the dock a lot less awkward.
She sleeps eight guests in four cabins, with two crew berthed aft. Price has dropped from €1,400,000 to €1,350,000.
17.7m Galeon 550 Fly
The smallest of the three, but don't let that fool you — she's loaded. Built in 2013, this 17.7-metre
Galeon 550 Fly yacht is in Sicily now and comes in full-option spec.
Three cabins sleep six guests, with a fourth aft cabin for two crew. The master has a private bathroom, a dressing area and its own sofa; the guest cabin uses sliding twin beds, so the layout can flex depending on who's aboard. Up on the flybridge there's a sunbathing pad, a bar and a table for eight. Teak runs across the swim platform, cockpit, side decks and flybridge, and she's fitted with a Seakeeper for stability plus an extended hydraulic platform that can handle a tender or water toys.
