Constanza Rodriguez

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Constanza has an international background shaped by living and working across four continents and is now fully dedicated to the luxury yachting industry. She regularly attends major yacht shows and stays closely connected to the charter and brokerage market, with a genuine interest in yachts, destinations, and client experience.

She previously owned and chartered her own sailing yacht, gaining hands-on experience in yacht operations, charter planning, and client expectations. She has sailed over 6,000 nautical miles, including an Atlantic crossing and 200 nautical miles navigating the Gambia River, and has also managed private charters aboard larger sailing catamarans in the Caribbean.

Passionate about water sports, she actively practices freediving, kitesurfing, and wing foiling.

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and holding a Diploma in Yacht Brokerage from the Maritime Training Academy, she brings a client-focused, detail-oriented approach, combining strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of the yachting lifestyle and its clientele.
