Sirena 88: The 100th Sirena yacht launched 

Turkish shipyard Sirena launches 100th yacht with eighth Sirena 88. The yacht will be presented at the Boot Dusseldorf in January 2023. A private Jacuzzi on the foredeck, an open-top sun deck, and one of the largest, brightest master cabins in its class are all features of the 88, a sleek blend of shining white topsides and black glass.


According to Hermann Frers, the designer behind the Sirena 88, her exterior lines are reminiscent of practical and rugged expedition ships. But at the same time the superstructure glazing is very large and the exterior decks are spacious. These qualities are the "family trait" of all Sirena models. Another feature is the unusually large interior volume for a yacht of this size.


The flybridge is equipped with a dining table for 8-10 guests, a bar, a Jacuzzi, lounge chairs or, as an option, a crane for a jet ski launch.


The standard layout features five cabins: a master suite on the main deck with a folding balcony, two VIP cabins on the lower deck, and two further double cabins. The shipyard makes it possible to turn any cabin into the space the owner needs, from a gym to a cinema, karaoke or spa. The control station is designed with Raised Pilothouse format: a dedicated pilothouse is arranged between the main deck and flybridge levels. This solution not only gives excellent visibility and comfort to the captain, but also provides more privacy to the guests.


The Sirena 88, powered by twin MAN V12 1550 hp, will provide a comfortable cruise at both top speeds of up to 25 knots and in economy mode. Cruising speed is around 16 knots. The economical 9-knot mode has its own invaluable advantages - about 2,100 miles without refueling with an 11,000 liters fuel tank, and if you add an optional 6,500-liter fuel tank, it will reach 3,100 miles.
